Abba Preparatory is a 100% Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) voucher school. This means eligible families pay zero tuition. We believe every child deserves access to an excellent, faith-centered education regardless of financial circumstances.
Wisconsin Parental Choice Program
The Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) allows eligible students to attend participating private schools at no cost to their families. The state provides a voucher that covers the full tuition for each qualifying student.
Eligibility Requirements
- Student must be a Wisconsin resident
- Family income must be at or below 220% of the federal poverty level
- Student must meet age requirements for the grade level
- Student must not have been expelled from any school in the current or preceding two school years

How to Apply for the Voucher
Check Eligibility
Review the income guidelines and residency requirements above to determine if your family qualifies.
Apply to Abba Preparatory
Complete our school application. Our admissions team will guide you through the voucher process.
Complete WPCP Application
Submit the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program application through the Wisconsin DPI portal during the open application period.
Provide Documentation
Submit required income verification documents and residency proof as specified by the DPI.
Receive Confirmation
Once approved, your child's tuition is fully covered by the voucher program.
Registration & Fees
While tuition is fully covered by the voucher program, minimal registration and activity fees may apply. Financial assistance is available for families who need help with these fees.
